Delivery Times
Expected Delivery Date
Expected delivery dates will vary for each product and are stated in the product descriptions for each individual product. Please note that the dates given are estimates only and we are unable to offer these as guarantees, as a number of factors outside of our control can affect delivery times.
You will receive a text or email on the morning of the delivery day stating your delivery time slot. You will be given 3 options if you are unable to be at the delivery location during the delivery time slot. These are
- Leave in a Safe Place
- Leave with a Neighbour
- Change the Delivery Day
Please note that you cannot choose the time slot. If you do not choose one of the options and the delivery driver cannot deliver the parcel, then your parcel will be delivered to a drop-off location. We will receive a text or email to notify you of the location of the drop-off point.
We currently only ship within mainland UK.
